Refund policy
Returns: All items are non-returnable once delivered.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted only for defective items, and only when supported by an unboxing video clearly showing the defect.
Exchange Conditions:
• The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited, starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the item being unboxed.
• The defect must be visible in the video at the time of unboxing.
• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Process:
1. Email us at alankrixjewellery@gmail.com or contact us at our instagram handle @alankrix_jewellery within the exchange window with the unboxing video attached/linked and order number.
2. Our team reviews the video and confirms eligibility within 3 Days.
3. If approved, we'll share instructions for the replacement of products.
